How is the Nuxoria ecosystem backed and what assets guarantee the shares?

Each tokenized share (NUXO) is backed directly by the value deposited in the Treasury Vault. This treasury is capitalized through three pillars of real value:

  • Automated returns generated by arbitrage algorithms and liquidity provision (Market Making) on the network.
  • Productive financing to companies and projects in emerging economies. Borrowers block NUXO tokens as principal collateral to secure loans under optimal LTV ratios.
  • Fees collected from platform transactions and credit origination services are fully injected into the Treasury to increase share backing.
How does the sequential release of Shares (Classes D, C, B, A) work?

To ensure orderly and stable capitalization, the smart contract restricts share availability. Only Class D (preferred Seed Round) is open for purchase initially. Once the max supply of 50,000 units of Class D is acquired, the contract automatically unlocks Class C, and sequentially Classes B and A.

How are returns distributed and are they guaranteed?

Yield and performance rewards accumulated in the Treasury are distributed quarterly among protocol supporters. These rewards are completely variable and subject to market conditions, algorithm performance, and credit portfolios. Nuxoria does not guarantee fixed returns or minimum yields; past performance is not indicative of future results.
