Each tokenized platform share (ERC-1155) is backed directly by the collateral value deposited in the Treasury Vault. 75% of capital raised from Share sales is transferred to the official Binance account for HFT quantitative trading, while 25% remains liquid in the Treasury Vault on Polygon. The Treasury is strengthened through three pillars:

As part of the ecosystem's strategic migration to Polygon Mainnet (to integrate ERC-1155 Share standards and Uniswap v4 concentrated liquidity), the preliminary NUXO token issued on the Solana network (contract: DbZ6YSc4hu8ihBT4wcdw431eVFCMsnchAoSKmfW9jAgj) will be completely burned and destroyed (100% Proof of Burn). This burn event will be executed as an essential prerequisite prior to submitting the official ERC-20 token on Polygon for formal review and validation by the Polygon and Polygonscan team, guaranteeing a single immutable global supply strictly fixed at 407,000 units on Polygon Mainnet. To ensure orderly capitalization, Share availability is tranche-restricted. Class D (preferred Seed Round) has a public sale quota of 50,000 units. Treasury yields are distributed quarterly among active ERC-1155 Shares held in user wallets. Shares in Treasury Vaults, Class E (during presale), and ERC-20 tokens do not receive yield distributions. Class D holders with at least 5% supply gain Read-Only API Feeds to audit Binance trading in real time. Rewards are variable and the protocol does not guarantee fixed returns.
