Funds Audit

To perform high-frequency liquidity provision operations (HFT Quantitative Market Making), Nuxoria's assets require ultra-low latency execution environments. For this reason, protocol capital does not sit passively in an on-chain decentralized wallet, but is actively deployed on centralized exchanges to optimize yields.

Destination of Funds & Binance Account

75% of USDC and collateral captured by the Treasury through Share sales is transferred directly to Nuxoria's official corporate account on the Binance exchange to fuel quantitative trading operations, while 25% remains liquid in the Treasury Vault wallet on Polygon to guarantee investor redemption liquidity.

It is in this centralized account where Hummingbot quantitative algorithmic scripts connect. This setup is an indispensable operational requirement, as continuous order book liquidity provision demands execution speeds and high-rate APIs that only a global volume exchange like Binance can provide.

Operational Decentralization Detail The Treasury acts as the receiving and settlement smart contract on Polygon, while active trading capital executes centrally on Binance. This maximizes HFT fund profitability and avoids micro-order transaction fee friction on the blockchain.

Security & Governance: Role of Class E and Class D

Because trading capital resides on a centralized exchange, Nuxoria implements a strict governance and access control model to safeguard capital security and prevent any deviation from project objectives:

  • Custody & Access Control: Primary credentials and security access for the official Binance account are custodied by Class E Share holders. Furthermore, Class D holders owning at least 5% of total Class D supply gain direct audit access via Read-Only API Feeds to verify trades and balances in real time.
  • Anti-Derailment Protection: This design ensures the operational and strategic direction of the algorithmic fund remains aligned with the original roadmap. No individual admin or external party can arbitrarily withdraw or divert funds from Binance Hummingbot pools.
  • Return Transparency: Class E holders and qualified Class D holders (with 5%+ supply) oversee that market making profits are periodically withdrawn from Binance and deposited back into the Treasury smart contract on Polygon for quarterly yield distribution.
